Frescolio 2025 Novello from Frantoi Cutrera (Pre-Order)

The first of the new season from the highly regarded Frantoi Cutrera. Enjoy the fresh and bright aromas and flavors! 

This is an astounding and highly aromatic, partially filtered blend. The olive cultivars include Tonda Iblea, Moresca, and Biancolilla. The aromas may “mow you over” with the scent of freshly cut grass, artichokes, herbs, and lemon. The complex elements lead into a medium to intense lingering spicy finish. Intensely fruity. Best for fresh uses! 

Best raw on bread, with bruschetta. Try drizzled on grilled vegetables, bean soups, and grilled meats. Add to fresh salads.

Harvested late September into October, and pressed from hand-picked fruit, using the continuous cold cycle method. Cloudy, unfiltered, naturally decanted.

Please note: Due to rapid filling of the bottles (to get them to you faster!) some of the neck labels have oil on them. The bottles are not leaking, but there may be oil on the label.
