Jonny’s day job is playing with the UK band Radiohead, but for the past 10 years, he and Sharona have been living in Italy, producing exceptional olive oil from their farm in Le Marche region under the brand name Shufra di Shufra. 

They have their own mill and carefully oversee every step of the harvesting and pressing process. It’s a passion! They make sure every drop carries the taste of the land – and the promise to protect it.
