Mieli Thun Artisan Honey Stack (5 jars)

Andrea Paternoster 's nomadic beekeeping led to the creation of Mieli Thun monofloral honeys, each of which has a distinct and delicious flavor profile. In his travels all over Italy, Andrea's dedication to honoring the natural flowering cycles ensures that these honeys are produced in a way that highlights each individual flower. This Italian honey is classified and labeled according to origin, variety of blossom, or method of extraction.

As with wine and olive oil, a number of environmental factors contribute to the sweetness level, flavor profile and consistency. Some of these factors include the terroir, soil composition, climate, air quality, and time of harvest. The antioxidant content of this artisanal honey also contributes to some health benefits.

This stack of five jars of honey features different varieties, including Sunflower, Acacia, Orange Blossom, Forest, and Thistle. These are packed randomly each season based on availability and are likely to change.
