The olive come from the family's olive groves, which are home to 8,000 trees across the Giovinazzo, Molfetta, and Terlizzi areas.

This olive oil from Puglia, Italy features a clean and slightly sweeter flavor with hints of almond. It offers light and medium fruity notes as well as a gentle spiciness and light bitterness for balance. The fragrance has elements of almond, banana, and yellow apple.
