She founded Susan Julia Olive Oil, where she educates consumers and industry professionals, doctors, and wellness groups about extra virgin olive oil through workshops and private events covering how to taste, purchase, and use extra virgin olive oil, as well as the numerous health benefits.
She also has 15 years of experience in the specialty food industry!
