Peperita SALU Orange, Lemon, Chile Salt Seasoning

Add a hint of spice and a good dash of citrus to your meals with this fine salt, crafted with fresh orange, fresh lemon and chili pepper. Made with Tuscan Chilies.

Rated 1/10 for intensity, this is excellent for enhancing fish, squid (calamari) and white meat and chicken, and vegetables. This is a good choice for salads, steamed vegetables, shellfish and boiled fish. The salty and slightly spicy sour notes add great contrast. 

Ingredients: Chili*Salt, , Orange*, and Lemon*. *From Organic Agriculture. May contain the allergens, celery and gluten. Store in a cool, dark place.
