Get a sea salt that adds a powerful boost of flavor when you choose Profumo del Chianti Sea Salt Blend. This finely ground Italian sea salt is made by Dario Cecchini, a famous producer located south of Florence in Panzano. It is blended with a unique combination of aromatic herbs, including bay leaf, thyme, sage, fennel pollen, juniper, rosemary, and lavender. This Tuscan salt blend made near Florence pairs well with just about any meats and vegetables, and even pasta salad.
