100% Italiano is a blend of Frantoio, Maurino, Rosellino, and Coratina olive varieties.

It is of medium intensity with balanced bitter and spicy notes. It's characterized by artichoke and radish notes.

Aroma: Balsamic scents, almonds and fennel accompanied by notes of thistle.

Taste: Enveloping taste with notes of almond and red radish. The finish is spicy and bitter with notes of green pepper.

Pair with soups and dishes made with bitter vegetables and grilled meats.
