Rustichella Egg Lasagne pasta is delicate and makes a delicious side dish. Using an ancient recipe from Abruzzo, Rustichella pasta is made from the best eggs and flour (including durum wheat semolina).
These rectangular flat sheets are suitable for making the perfect pasticcio or lasagna as done in northern regions of Italy. The bright golden yellow color and supple texture will deliver a stunning lasagna that is almost cloud-like.
