Excellent 100% stone ground whole wheat durum semolina combined with pure spring water and extruded through bronze dies. The rough surface holds sauce beautifully. Air dried at low temperature for up to 56 hours adds another dimension to the flavor and texture of this pasta from Abruzzo.
