Nocellara del Belice, Nocellara Etnea, Biancolilla, Giarraffa, harvested in October and crushed in the family’s mill.

You’ll want to dance with this medium fruity extra virgin olive oil. Note the wonderful aroma is herbaceous with marked notes of tomato leaves. In the mouth, it has intensity with notes of herbs and unripe almonds. Decisive notes of bitter and spicy complete this lively product.

This will be delightful drizzled on grilled bread, with sea salt (bruschetta), over legumes, vegetable stews or casseroles.
