Modica PGI chocolate from Peluso 1964 in Sicily is meticulously crafted using centuries-old cold processing techniques. This sold process allows the sugar granules to remain intact creating its signature crunchy and grainy texture.

May contain traces of nuts.
Ingredients: Cocoa Mass (55% min.), Sugar, natural flavoring of cinnamon (0.08% min).
May contain tree nuts, peanuts, soy, and sesame.
