Emilia-Romagna is best known for great food, especially meats and cheese. Emilia-Romagna is also the home of balsamic vinegar, especially from Modena. The region does not produce much olive oil; we have a small selection amidst several fine balsamicos.

Traditional Balsamic Vinegar hails from the region of Emilia Romagna, and two consortiums oversee vinegar production in the provinces of Modena and Reggio Emilia. Extravecchio is the top selection from the Modena consortium.
